This is Emily's room before, the nice pink and green paint that she so
loved when she was seven. I guess she got tired of that quickly. For years she has been asking to get her room painted. She now has a nice brown color, I would have thought she would have chosen something with a bit more color, but I think she has got camo in mind.
I hate painting, but it did go fairly fast, especially since Micayla came over. She did some of the edge work. Tonight we went and got a color for her trim, windows and doors. An accent color that was on the color card.
Of course, you cant paint without having a little fun.
I am looking into carpet and then I hope to get windows in as soon as it is warm enough.
